The Awesome Pawsome club was formed in 2001 , and started  in Logan outside of Brisbane's southside, and moved soon after to it's current grounds at Mt. Gravatt Showgrounds.

There are a few original members still competing today. Awesome Pawsome Flyball club are a major force in flyball in Qld.

Training is held on Friday nights for all level dogs from beginners through to advanced, and starts at 6.30pm. Occasional extra training is held on Sundays throughout the year.
