Australian Flyball Racing Championships 2008

Canberra hosted the Nationals in 2008, and Awesome Pawsome sent down a team to compete.  Due to illness (human) and injury (canine), we did not quite have the team we initially intended to have, but despite losing one of our fast dogs, and experienced handlers we ran very competitively with a three way tie for first position in Division Two at lunchtime on the Second day.  We we nudged out by Canberra X factor 2 (first) and Norwest Thunderdogs 3 (second) and came third. 

Keith ran Misty (as Brian was ill, and Lizzy had been injured), and Maddi was promoted to a team dog.  Most people also competed in the singles and pairs competition.  Yogi came first in Division Three singles, and Pac and Delta came first in the Division One Pairs event.
